Mostly sunny today though fairly breezy.
I found the first sloughed Adders at Bredhurst, two males in TF. There was also another five individuals in TF including a juvenile and a black adult. Views of the latter were not great but it was nevertheless the first melanistic of the year at any site.
One non-sloughed male was in the usual spot in DV.
Ten Slow-worms were found in TF, five of these under one tin.
A Mistle Thrush was singing in TF and one was feeding on the ground in DF.
A pair of Marsh Tit were calling and one showed well in DV. A pair of Bullfinch was also heard near the stile though were not seen.
